Ice Cream centres around Terry, an ice cream seller who s mother s premature death during his birth has profoundly affected him for all of his sad and lonely life. His one lasting legacy from his mother is a magical but comfortless ability to experience intense visions of the causes of sadness in the lives of others. These compel him to try at least to resolve their suffering. The result is a comic tragedy of substance, which is always a moving experience for performers and audiences alike. Researched and devised with five High schools in South Wales.
