was first seen in Salzburg and Riverside Studios in 1999. It was revived in 2001 and played in Paris, Barcelona and New York where it won six major theatre awards. In 2002 the production toured to Sarajevo, Thessaloniki, Munich, Warsaw, Helsinki, Strasbourg, Lyon and Paris.
