Mrs Gerrish's Christmas Stocking
T0420075550
After discovering an unexploded bomb in her back garden, Mrs Gerrish is forced to leave her Weston-super-Mare guesthouse over the festive season and spend a joyous Noel at the Bedminster home of her Scrooge-like brother Fred. As she invites more and more of her friends and relations to join her in his house for Christmas dinner, Fred's 'Humbug' is slowly sucked into a more rounded and pleasing shape, (rather like the Henry Moore sculpture they saw at the Festival of Britain in 1952!)
