The Dream archiveStudents from Exeter College are delighted to present an exploration of Beckett inspired devised theatre work. Over a six week programme of workshops, students have played with themes and ideas surrounding Beckett's theatre, and out of this work ?The Dream' was born. The audience can expect to witness sequences from everyday life, with a blend of verbatim and original devised sketches. Integrating ensemble and individual work, we will take you on a short trip through a dream-like set of events. Look on as our protagonist watches his dream unfold, and attempts to interfere with an absurd state of play and chews over the point of his own existence... We will present you with a brief insight into a person's existence, permit you to look on at the nonsense of everyday routine and introduce you to a formula for chaos...
