Details

Fresh from the Festival of Alternative Culture, Croatian Nights is a sparkling anthology of new fiction set in the Balkans. Jelena Carija writes edgy studies of post-communist youth and she's joined by Borivoj Radakovic, a leading novelist and playwright who reads from a new short story Relief. Translator Celia Hawkesworth reads from the English translations. The event will be chaired by novelist Matt Thorne, co-editor of Croatian Nights.
