A Victorian Christmas Extravaganza!

Bench Theatre will attempt, through songs, stories and sketches, to take you back in time to resurrect the fabulous Victorian Christmas Evening. The audience will have the chance to learn about the 'real' St Nicholas, and how the round-bellied version came into being through the poem
The Night Before Christmas. Bench Theatre are also offering a feast of treats: a short play, charades, singing and dancing, piano playing, Christmas stories - especially ghost stories, carollers and wassailing.
