- The New Forest Players is a leading Amateur Drama Group in the New Forest Area of South England.
The NFP present two Plays, a Pantomime and an Outdoor Production every year.
Rehearsals, auditions and meeting are held at the NFP's own Club House. Sets are built here and it provides a home for the extensive wardrobe. Club Nights are held regularly throughout the year providing a showcase for new talent, plays and regular speakers.
The NFP has an active social calendar which drives the extensive fund-raising activities. This features the Annual Quiz Night, Skittles Evening, Treasure Hunt and the Sports Event. Each year the group organises the annual New Forest Drama Festival held during Easter Week, which attracts entrants from a wide area. The NFP also enters other festivals.
