The Fringe Theatre Awards

Celebrating the finest performers and creatives in UK fringe theatre, The Fringe Theatre Awards recognise the innovation and creativity of work performed in the UK’s smaller theatre venues.

Set up by a team who all work in the industry, the awards not only reward talented creatives and performers, but also support and promote theatre venues and productions. “We want to support our amazing fringe theatre industry by providing information about shows, venues and where to book tickets,” said a spokesman for the Fringe Theatre Awards. “We aim to announce all award nominations as soon as possible, so nomination badges can go on theatre and production websites straightaway.

We want to encourage people to visit London’s little theatres, and to make it easy for them to find out about the wonderful shows that are being staged there. In London alone there are over 100 little theatres, but not everyone knows about them.
