What a lovely show, beautifully performed and choreographed. Not a musical I had seen before but one I will be very likely to see again if it comes around as the songs are delightful and the story-telling inventive and compelling. Catriona Mackensie was particularly watchable, finding all the nuance and comedy in the role whilst Matthew Ronchetti went from manic young lover to bored cheating husband convincingly, if not quite as audibly. Martin Berry is to be commended on creating a visually interesting show with his subtle but telling direction. Most enjoyable even with its odd start time of 20:15.
