CORONAVIRUS:All UK venues closed on 16th March 2020 and look like staying closed until March 2021 with the exception of a few, patchy, openings (and subsequent closures) towards the end of 2020. About the Show/Event
Information for They Shoot Horses Don't They? at Bridge Theatre, Inner London (Play). Set in a 1930s dance hall, this highly physical ensemble production chronicles a group of disparate contestants desperate to win a dance marathon. These extreme public endurance tests were amongst America's most widely attended and controversial forms of live entertainment during the Depression years and came to symbolise a culture struggling to make sense of a world devastated by poverty and uncertainty.
