James Hudson is the fast rising male singing star of the U.K. jazz scene bringing his charismatic swinging style to this pre Christmas lunchtime concert. Whilst performing modern songs, he continues making sure the songs Gershwin, Cole Porter and Richard Rodgers live on. He has performed to sold-out crowds at Ronnie Scotts' Jazz Club, Pizza Express Dean St, Hotel de Paris (Monte Carlo), London's Ritz Hotel, the Troubadour and two concerts at Crazy Coqs. His most recent concert, featuring the music of Nat King Cole has excited a fast widening audience. Since featuring as the male vocalist with the National Youth Jazz Orchestra, he has recorded his debut album "TOMORROW", (set for release early in 2021) and from that album has just released his first single 'It Had to Be You'. Joining James will be in-demand guitarist and musical director Nick Fitch (Claire Martin, Tina May, Sophie Ellis-Bextor), fresh from the successful national tour of American singer Nicole Henry, with his band, playing the music of Aretha Franklin.
