Production details
The two-day festival consists of four theatre works by distinguished authors, playwrights and actors. Highlights include Mistero Buffo by Nobel Prize winner Dario Fo; Novecento by renowned writer Alessandro Baricco translated by Ann Goldstein; Hanno Tutti Ragione by Academy Award winner Paolo Sorrentino featuring Iaia Forte; and the premi?re of a work in progress But Why? Ma perch?? by Gilles Aufray and Marcello Magni - featuring Complicite co-founder Marcello Magni. On 31 August, Writing for Literature and Theatre, a talk featuring Gilles Aufray, Emanuele Trevi and Ben Okri, will be presented in the theatre's intimate bar. All theatre performances are in Italian with English surtitles.
