The colours, sounds and rhythms of the windswept landscapes of northern Patagonia are inspirations for this dance performance from Buenos Aires. Choreographer Andrea Servera with an ensemble of six dancers has created a love song to the dreams and memories of an adolescence spent in a provincial world that most cities would prefer to forget. With a mix of charm, fun and nostalgia, Planicie Banderita brings a lightness to its own distinct poetry of contemporary dance, dance, hip-hop, kung-fu and a musical score from some of the most distinctive vocalists of Latin America.
