In conjunction with the Royal National Theatre and BT, the Lyric's 1997 Youth Theatre Festival will again be the largest and most comprehensive festival of young people's theatre work in Northern Ireland featuring specially commissioned new plays, workshops and seminars, and climaxing with our own light-hearted award ceremony - the Cactus Awards
