Machine-music duo Mount Kimbie has developed a truly unique sound. Their experimental rhythms and ambient soundscapes explore the fringes of dubstep, wonky and hip hop, yet ooze with emotion that takes the listener to an entirely different place. Their debut album Crooks & Lovers was released on Hotflush Recordings in July 2010, and was met with wide critical acclaim and support from pioneering DJs including Mary Anne Hobbs, Scuba, Rob Booth and Ramadanman.
