Brendan became a full-time professional entertainer, and started a long and successful relationship with Noel Carty promotions and recorded his first hit entitled 'Treat My Daughter Kindly'. This was only the start of many it records that was to follow, too numerous to mention, but here are just some that turned silver and gold leterally over-night. 'Do You Want Your Old Lobby Washed Down Con Shine' a song about his uncle and received four silver discs and a platinum award.
