This is the tale of a great escape - and a great robot. Sonny and Nina are pet mice who break free from their cage to make a life for themselves in an old theatre. They enter a competition to build the best robot and, with a lot of help from the audience, build Robo-Rat - a magnificent mighty robot, from theatre junk. Just as all's going well Sewer - and old black rat arrives. She's blind and bad and hungry for her favourite food - mouse-burger! With actors, puppets, spooks, sing-along songs, audience participation, a pinch of magic and a happy ending!
