Kantus Guitar Duo was formed in 1999 by Tom McKinney and Jasper Mehmet whilst they were undergraduates at the Royal Northern College of Music. They focus on performing the established repertoire in a new way and also seeking to expand it wherever possible.
CORONAVIRUS: All venues in the UK were shut down on March 16, 2020, and the restrictions were finally lifted on July 19, 2021.
