Benedict Allen: Ice Dogs
T0
Benedict Allen describes his 1,000 mile trek with ten dogs through remotest Siberia - which was experiencing the worst winter in living memory. Despite killing winds and a diet of raw whale and walrus meat, after three months Benedict reached his target, the Bering Strait. In doing so he had earned the status of top dog from his team of ten furry expedition colleagues. Presented by the Royal Geographic Society.
