A double bill of one-act plays staged by The Olympia Players, originally formed in the 1900's as a music hall troupe but returning 100 years later with a cast of young actors and brand new material. GALLOWS MEN: A haunting tale of a young man sentenced to death for treason. The action takes place in his prison cell the night before he faces oblivion. A dramatic piece that explores life, love and death. THE MEETING SHACK: We travel to Portugal in the grips of the Napoleonic Wars. On a stormy night two lost soldiers meet, can they set aside the differences of nation and politics to survive the storm?
