Tenth Anniversary Celebration Tour: Da Gamba/Pendulum/Orpheus

Now celebrating their tenth year, Cassa Pancho s award-winning company of black and Asian ballet dancers has gathered huge success and a cult following over recent years. Presenting a number of world premieres, the company has worked with major British choreographers - from Richard Alston, Liam Scarlett, Christopher Hampson, and Shobana Jeyasingh, to Will Tuckett. For their Tenth Anniversary Celebration the company will present a mixed bill of highlights from the past decade as well as brand new work, including a specially choreographed duet version of the critically acclaimed "Da Gamba" by the Welsh-Nigerian choreographer Henri Oguike, "Pendulum" by Martin Lawrance, "Shift, Trip... Catch" by former New York City Ballet dancer Antonia Franceschi, and the company s first narrative ballet, "Orpheus" choreographed by The Royal Ballet s Will Tuckett.
