One Night Standards

Some songs deserve to be held close as classics, instead of only being trotted out and sung one night every now and again. Alongside lesser-known tunes by Arlen, Whiting, Alec Wilder, Rod McKuen, Ellington and Strayhorn, Garcia will also be singing those written by Coward, Porter, Rodgers, Styne and Trenet. This show finds the mordant humour in the performer's life, in late nights and performing in clubs, and in love won and lost along the way.
