Jonathan Miller launches a new series of events in which writers, musicians, historians and other public figures are invited to select works of art that they would most like to include in their own gallery. Dr Miller discusses his choices, and aspects of his career as scientist, director, writer and broadcaster, with Paul Allen, presenter of Radio 4s Nightwaves. He reads extracts from his new autobiography (published by Hutchinson) and talks to Sue Macgregor (of Radio 4's Today programme), about his role as Stanley, in Pam Gem's play about Stanley Spencer.
