The Memorandum

T01785431914
Satirical comedy by the internationally renowned playwright, who was elected the first President of the new Czech Republic in 1989. In a totalitarian state, bureaucracy has gone mad, and all official business must by conducted in a new language, which has been created to avoid the secondary meanings and hidden overtones prevalent in everyday speech. The trouble is, no one in The Organisation can speak the new language! A comedy both thought-provoking and hilarious.
Author Vaclav Havel
