When Erica, a young Black woman, realises that she is the Second Coming of the Messiah, she must battle with the intolerant and hypocritical leaders of the religious community that want to destroy her and her claims. Erica's journey to reveal the truth causes her to be betrayed by those closest to her and also to examine the Creator's role in society's lack of humanity.
