Between the Salt Water and the Sea Strand archiveA play with songs. Set in Scarborough, the characters and stories carry echoes of the town's history alongside the current preoccupations of some of its inhabitants, threading the actors' experiences and the writer's observations around the folk song Scarborough Fair. When every request is a riddle, and all you can see is the sea, where is your place in the world?
