Birdbath archiveBirdbath explores the dynamics of a spontaneous connection between strangers 'evoking a whole world of late-night collisions and broken individuals', as Melfi himself once said. While probing the heart of what makes us both universally human and individual, the play offers a surprising twist on the theme of connection in an isolating world. At times both funny and heartbreaking, the play challenges us to discover what brings strangers together, and how seemingly ordinary things can tear people apart.
