Details

This is the story of Anna, a young birdwatcher, who inadvertently spies a human drama unfold on the banks of Silversands, her favourite twitching location. Binoculars and notebook in hand, she secretly records all she sees - including the break-up of a relationship of which she is part. Darkly comic, it tells of a child's transition from being an observer of life to a participator in it - told through the language of birds and birdwatching.
