Details

Irons/Dogging archiveIrons and Dogging are two one act plays, linked by one family and one place. Based on interviews with working class families (focusing on male West Ham supporters and women who work at Romford Stadium), the pieces use direct address, song and physical theatre to tell the story of three generations of people in Essex. Exploring themes of loyalty, pride, family and opportunity; the play invites an audience to be part of the protagonists' lives and appeals to both those who love theatre already and those who'd rather go to a match or down the dogs.
