Pilgrim archiveAn Irishman's odyssey through the nightmare landscape of a world set ablaze by 9/11. Dublin to California to Newfoundland, Christopher embarks on a wild pilgrimage home for the birth of his son, but is relentlessly thwarted by outside forces. Thousands of refugees from every culture and creed descend upon the doorsteps of Newfoundland. Villages like Gambo become the setting for a positive apocalypse. In this surreal, inverted world Christopher's rebirth is both arresting and comic.
