First performed in March 2007 The Afterlife Of Slavery looks at how far people of African heritage have come since the abolition of the Transatlantic slave trade 200 years ago. Juxtaposed with the rise of modern knife crime the play asks for its audience to learn from the past and mould a better future.Company Pyramid Youth Theatre.
