The Apollo of Bellac archiveA young woman (Agnes) enters an opulent reception room of "The International Bureau of Inventions", to enquire about getting a position there. She encounters a rude and officious male clerk. Whilst trying in vain to meet with someone of importance, a charming yet unsettling man from Bellac appears. He can tell her a secret that will enable her to become 'Empress of the World'.
