Instead of spending the summer lying on a beach somewhere exotic, thirty dedicated young people have chosen to sacrifice their swimsuits and sun block to toil away in the depths of Hope Street, all for the sake of art. This performance will be culmination of their endeavours and the world premiere of the freshest, most original and inspiring piece of theatre by young people you will have seen for a long time. Devised, scripted and performed by a cast of 14-16 year olds, Theatre Works 2000 is guaranteed to offer a unique insight into the way young people see the world in which they live.
