CORONAVIRUS:All UK venues closed on 16th March 2020 and look like staying closed until March 2021 with the exception of a few, patchy, openings (and subsequent closures) towards the end of 2020. Some open-air, drive-in venues have been opened for periods and many shows are now streaming on-line. Sadly, some venues and shows may not survive. A unique opportunity to see a rehearsed reading of Harold Pinter's recently rediscovered sketch Umbrellas
, directed by Nottingham Playhouse Artistic Director Giles Croft and read by The Resistible Rise of Arturo Ui
's Ian Bartholomew and William Hoyland. The sketch was first performed as part of a revue at Nottingham Playhouse in 1960 and this will be the first time it has been performed in the UK in over 50 years.Author Harold Pinter.
