Warehouse Hill archiveWritten to celebrate the re-opening of the Huddersfield Narrow Canal in May 2001, after decades of dereliction. The show charts the 200 year history of the canal with original songs and music, linking the vision of the 18th century entrepreneurs, who believed they could carve a 3.25 tunnel through the Pennine hills, to that of the canal enthusiasts in the 1970's, who believed in the 'impossible restoration'.
