We're Gonna Make You Whole archiveA jazz-blues-folk opera, this play follows the trajectory of Cajun culture-from their Expulsion from Acadia (in Canada) through to the present (as told from the perspective of three soothsayer blues-band singers/dancers/oracles). Based loosely on the testimonies of more than fifty BP Deepwater Horizon survivors, this play examines life in the Gulf of Mexico after the Deepwater Horizon disaster.
