Created by STAY (Sustained Theatre Artists Yorkshire), Get Seen 2015 Leeds is run in partnership with Arts Council England, West Yorkshire Playhouse, CidaCo and West Yorkshire Theatre Network. It is part of STAY's ongoing work to raise the profile of quality culturally diverse and minority artists in the region and to see them take their places within the mainstream. This year will also see STAY running Get Seen 2015 Hull and Get Seen 2015 Doncaster. What is Get Seen? Get Seen will platform 8 of our best local artists/groups in each city to the leaders, casting directors and agents in our region. Each piece will last around 10minutes and may be spoken word, dance, drama, cross discipline or any other form of performance you can think of! The evening will be interspersed with the chance to have a drink, network and make new connections.
