Family Weekend is Sadler's Wells' annual two-day festival where the fun continues before and after the performance. With an array of exciting games and activities happening all over the building, this is an event that offers entertainment for all the family. The acclaimed children's show, Echoa, returns to Sadler's Wells to make its main stage debut as part of Sadler's Wells' third Family Weekend. In this inventive performance from French four-piece Arcosm Company, drums of all descriptions are cleverly organised on scaffolding so that seven distinctly different dance scenes can unfold below. The charismatic cast of dancers, drummers and physical comedians seize the stage and blur the lines between music and movement, allowing audiences to ?see' the dance with their ears. A rich mix of choreographic invention and musical orchestration, Echoa has proved a popular hit with audiences of all ages.
