"I was never right ever since I was born - but why is a mystery for what they have not got an answer". Lee Hall's Award winning Spoonface Steinberg was initially on BBC Radio 4 and BBC TV in 1997. It follows a 7 year old autistic girl as she struggles to make sense of a complicated world. In her innocence she plumbs the darkest places with a constant sense of hope, naivety and humour. Spoonface explores her family life, her Jewish heritage and her surprising obsession with opera.
