BBC National Orchestra of Wales archivePrize-winning young Cornish musician Angus Webster, who is known throughout Cornwall for his work as conductor and pianist with the Cornwall Youth Orchestra, IMS Prussia Cove and St. Endellion, makes his debut with BBC National Orchestra of Wales this season. His programme marks the 150th anniversary of the birth of Vaughan Williams alongside orchestral favourites by Elgar and Internationally renowned Cornish composer Graham Fitkin wrote "Metal" to celebrate the reopening of Liverpool's Philharmonic Hall in 1995. This concert will be recorded for broadcast on BBC Radio 3.
