Gathering her parts and memories of a woman in a pink dress. The Story of Guts is a dark fantasy tale, that plays by its own logic and tugs at the heart. Bristol Old Vic's newest cohort of young theatre-makers from Made In Bristol will present their debut show on the mainstage this summer. The collective began training in September 2020 and have been collaborating in the rehearsal room and online to bring this show to life. Made In Bristol is a group of twelve young people aged 18-25 on some sort of gap year - be it having graduated from university, finished school or being in part time employment - who become resident at Bristol Old Vic for two days a week for one year.
