Part of the BBC Proms. Sakari Oramo and the BBC Symphony Orchestra weave together many of this season's strands with music by John Adams, Sibelius and Malcolm Sargent. Nina Stemme leads the end-of-season festivities, joined by the BBC Singers and BBC Symphony Chorus.
