This summer, join The Proteans, Proteus' adult drama workshop company, as they return to the Walled Garden with a comic take on Austen novels, complete with feisty heroine, taciturn hero, oily cleric, ambitious mother, unscrupulous cad and lots of wet shirts. An affectionate and hilarious ode to stereotypical interpretations of Jane Austen in TV, cinema and theatre, written by award-winning playwright Brendan Murray. Presented by The Proteans.
