This is Abigail’s first solo show but don’t panic! People have paid her to make them laugh in the past. Buying a ticket is not a crazy idea. It is a good idea. It is the best idea. As half of double-act Live! At the Mausoleum Abigail has written and performed on Radio 2 and Radio 4. Live!’s show Genius for Dummies sold out at the Pleasance in Edinburgh 2005. Live! ‘give you severe jaw-ache from laughter’ Edinburgh Evening News and are ‘jaw-achingly funny’ Evening Standard. Worried about people’s jaws, Abigail didn’t go to Edinburgh last year but instead starred in Mark Watson’s comedy Living With Two People (BBC3) and went on tour in The Two Faces of Mitchell and Webb (nominated for Best Live Comedy Award 2006). She also appeared for several seconds in the BAFTA winning That Mitchell and Webb Look (BBC2). Now she is coming back to do a character comedy show which contains: many jokes, the finest ventriloquist act in the world and a dog with a hat on.
