Details

The inhabitants of a Haitian village are unaware that an epic drama is about to unfold. A former prostitute is desparate to marry and plans to entice a seductive womaniser - but he rejects and humiliates her. Her virginal daughter returns from a convent and becomes the man's lover turning her mother to revenge through voodoo.
