Forty Years On archiveRegarded as a modern classic from Yorkshire's cherished playwright, Forty Years On is one of Bennett's funniest works. It's the last day of school term. Join the staff and students of The Albion House dramatic society as they present Speak for England, Arthur - a rip roaring revue featuring sketches, songs and dances that take us back a quarter of a century to the announcement that the second world war has broken out. The Headmaster will do his best to keep the show on track, and keep it clean, as he contests against unruly pupils and disruptive staff... not to mention the rugby team. Actors from Belt Up Theatre will join the ensemble company to add to the raucous group of sixth form school boys.
