Neil began his career with the Bonzo Dog Doo Dah Band (featured in the Python's Do Not Adjust Your Set) and had an early hit, I'm the Urban Spaceman. As well as a musician and songwriter, Neil is an author, artist and broadcaster. Neil's solo shows tickle the emotions with a potent mix of fine musicianship and enlightened lyricism, packed with sharp observations celebrating the absurdities of modern existence. Neil says 'If I could describe what it is I do on stage in a sentence or two, or even a cleverly constructed paragraph, then there would be absolutely no need for me to go on stage and do it'.
