The Great British Bump Off archive'Bump Off' brings together 4 professional theatre makers and a community cast to create a fast paced comedy featuring live baking, singing and a sprinkling of murder. Taking to The Hexagon's stage will be some of the finest arts talent based in Reading; including Benedict Sandiford, Sabina Netherclift, Cassie Friend and Toby Davies. Set in the mythical village of Little Itching, nestled between Sonning and Wargrave on Thames. Tongues wag and rumours fly when Sir Percival Clutch is discovered bumped off in his study the night before his sponsored Bake Off to raise funds for the local church. Amidst the aroma of baking cakes, join the church choir, the village WI and a cast of four professional performers as Janet Marpsbury and Inspector Paul Hollyhock bring their noted professional acumen to the judging of the Show stopper and to the dilemma of murder. Co-written by Benedict Sandiford and Sabina Netherclift, and collaborating with local WI's, Girl Guides and local Reading choir 'Time to Sing', The Great British Bump Off brings together two iconic British institutions - the spinster sleuth and the amateur baking competition, in one hilarious theatrical spectacle suitable for the whole family.

User Review: 10Sep16: Absolutely brilliant!! We saw it last night and it was the most I've laughed in ages. Great slapstick farce material made even funnier by quick changes and a few ad lib areas. Fantastic!
