September marks the eighth anniversary of Michael Kelligan's highly regarded programme of script-in-hand readings of plays by Welsh and Wales-based writers. Robert Gould and Christopher Orton's play centres on the comedy banter between caravan-dwelling Billy and his mate Kelly.
