An important International Piano Series recital debut from the young German-Japanese pianist Alice Sara Ott, who made her first recordings for Deutsche Grammophon aged only 20. When she substituted for Lang Lang at short notice in 2010, The Guardian judged the event ?the kind of gawp-inducing bravura performance of which legends are made .
